ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

What began as one family’s journey through incarceration, healing, and redemption became the inspiration behind Second Chance Success Foundation—a mission dedicated to helping men rebuild their lives with hope, purpose, and opportunity.

Inspired by her brother’s journey through incarceration, Tashia Harp witnessed firsthand the challenges men face after release. As he committed to changing his life, Tashia taught him financial literacy, helped him build his credit, and encouraged him to believe in a better future. Watching his transformation inspired her to create Second Chance Success Foundation so other men could have access to the same guidance, support, and opportunities.

Tashia Harp holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is a Certified Transformation Life Coach, Certified Sobriety Coach, and Certified Entrepreneurship & Business Coach. She is also a successful entrepreneur and business owner dedicated to helping men heal, rebuild their confidence, achieve financial stability, and create lasting success through Second Chance Success Foundation.
